Remote Assistance

I use a remote assistance program called "Crossloop". This is a free program that lets you share your computer screen with me. I can then observe or take control as you watch me work on your computer. If you dont have a crossloop account already, all you need to do is click on the "share screen" button below. This will take you through the few steps needed to install the app and create a free account. If you already have an account with Crossloop, then you will just have to log in.

If I am currently able to help you, you will see a "Chat with Me" button.
If it shows "Offline", then I am not currently available for remote assistance.
